I received a statement from PacificDX showing what was owed after the insurance adjustment which was the full amount originally billed. I called and spoke with an agent in Customer Service at PDX who said the insurance co had sent back an adjustment of 80% but did not pay reimburse for the service. I am aware that there is a standard negation practice between insurance and medical providers, but called my insurance company to find out why claim was not paid.
