Genuinely good dentist. Don't believe the one star reviews. I was worried when I saw them too, but one of them is a guy who keeps reposting so his review stays new.
Horrible customer service. You are lucky if they pick up the phone.
Didn't get a chance to recieve any care.. they couldn't see me for the first appointment due to me being pregnant so they rescheduled (&i still had to pay for parking even though i was in and out in 15 mins). On the morning of my appointment I had to cancel as I woke up with a fever and throwing up (turned out to be the flu) I called and text immediately and now they won't allow me to reschedule. Ridiculous!
Had an amazing experience at Pacific Dental. I had troubles going to a different dental office before,but once I came to Pacific Dental, Dr. Sahdev was able to fix my teeth ,and I haven’t had any problems since. 10/10 would recommend!
Had previous fillings but he thought it was all cavities and he drilled them all and refilled them. Now I can't eat properly cuz the fillings don't fit properly. Hurts to chew.
