I was beyond impressed with my experience at this dentist's office. My first contact was with the receptionist and Omar the dental assistant. I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind he was and how fast the dentist was at getting back to me! The first point of contact is crucial and this dentist knew that. Everyone at Pacific Dental is professional, attentive and efficient. I've been visiting Pacific Dental since I moved to the Bay Area 15 years ago. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist are all wonderful, all extremely courteous and all very much about making the visit as pleasant as possible. Dr. Tang was very good in cleaning my teeth, making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I was well informed on what I needed to do to keep my teeth and gums healthy i.e. using an electric toothbrush.
