Didn’t know what to expect. Getting a crown in the past was not fun. My experience yesterday was amazing. The friendly staff made me feel comfortable, the same day crown process was painless and I had a new crown in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend Pacicic Dental San Mateo.
The staff at Pacific Dental of San Mateo were very friendly and professional throughout the until process. Everybody from the front desk staff to the dentist himself were eager to provide the best service possible. I especially appreciated the incorporation of modern technologies in their office. Being able to complete the medical forms online before the appointment helped streamline the process and cut down on the waiting time. Only downside to the location is the parking. Dr Tang is always attentive to the needs of patients. He does not rush you through the treatment and always explains what he’s doing and alternatives to what needs to be done. His wife was assisting and was very pleasant.
