I can highly recommend Jay / Pacific Crest Roofing. During the storms near the end of’25 our concrete tile roof suddenly decided to start leaking. I had three contractors come out, two recommended full roof replacements. Jay was the only one who recommended a simple and direct fix of repairing two valleys. His work was fast, saved me thousands and thousands of dollars, and 100% fixed the problem.
Nice and quick!! They all professional!!! Very appreciative again.
I interviewed 4 roofers all recommendedby friends. Pacific Crest was the only company where Jay (the owner) and his foreman (Mark and Helio) came out to meet me in the first meeting. They answered every question, and as I had several questions in the process, they even came out more than once as a team. They were responsive to each question or revision to the bid which I found invaluable, because it is alot easier to change things on paper than on the actual roof when it's in process. Pacific Crest (PCR) did a great job on our home! It started with us getting 5 or 6 quotes. PCR wasn't the cheapest, they were in the middle BUT they seemed the most competent. I'm happy I went with Jay and PCR. They were upfront with the timeframe and when theyd start, upfront with how long each step would take. We took a while to lock in a color and shingle but they weren't rushy and pointed us to other homes they had done as well as where they buy the shingles (so we could go see them all side by side).
