The website around appointments is purposefully misleading. Please know there are no appointments and "save your spot in line" actually means fill your paperwork in online ahead of time but your spot in line actually only starts when you arrive and you'll be behind any other walk-ins or save your spot in line people. Very frustrating when there's a waiting room full of sick kids. I booked an appointment for my child for an ear infection. When we arrived the place was full of coughing sick kids. The receptionist told me that they don't actually make appointments and it was going to be at least an hours wait. I referred her to the website where you clearly make appointments, noting it was still showing you can make an appointment in 10 mins, she said thats not real and she has never looked at the website 🤷♀️🤦♀️ if you know youre running an hour late, how about you give people a quick call and say c... read more
