They have denied and dragged out my case for over a year forced me to get a lawyer to expedite the case and still drag their feet. But I guess that's most insurance companies.
Worst experience of my entire life! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Melissa Larusso is the absolute worst insurance examiner I’ve ever dealt with. Doesn’t return phone calls and is impossible to reach. I have never been through a worse experience in my entire life. Please save yourself from the constant headache and stress.
