I lived in an apartment for one year with a property manager from this company. There was constant issues with hot water, bugs, basic building maintenance, and lack of urgency or care when it came to taking care of problems. Despite the less than desirable living conditions, and lack of regard from the property manager, we stuck it out since my husband had to deploy soon and a move would be too difficult.
