We tried unsuccessfully to sell our family business for over a year before giving the task to Tom... AND ARE WE GLAD WE DID! I have had the pleasure of working with Tom O'Brien on two separate commercial real estate deals. Once as a buyer and once as a seller. He is truly a great broker. Knowledgeable, fair, honest and caring. If you need a broker, Tom is a great choice. He stays calm (when I wasn't) and gets the job done. I can't emphasize how much I appreciate him.
