Been renting from this company for a year now. Right away had a bad cockroach problem (which still hasn’t been solved). Kept the property in perfect shape and recently had a walk through where they said the same thing. They just gave me a 90 day notice to raise my rent 25% and take another 3000$ of a security deposit (which I will probably never see again), both of these things are illegal. Highly advise to stay away from these clowns if you are looking to lease.
They manage our condo. They keep our guest happy.
Pacific Coastal Property has handled our vacation rental for six years. They are a very professionally run company and have a very competent staff. They have provided us with a very favorable experience for our renters. We have quite a few renters that rebook the same time frame ever year.

I would highly advise NOT using this company for purchase or rental - totally unprofessional. Three people manage this office, two of which are the owner and her assistant. Never had a worse experience.
