Was referred here by my primary doctor. When calling to schedule, the lady who answered just very rudely states "yeah we don't do that here call a bariatric surgeon". Never mind that it's but a surgery for bariatric surgery nor excess skin, but lymphatic mass removal. She wouldn't let me speak or explain. Definitely made me feel unimportant and unworthy of care. Definitely glad to not be going here!
My wife scheduled an appointment for my mother-in-law with Pacific Coast Surgical Group, but due to an accident involving her son on the same day, she was unable to attend. The next day, my wife called the office and spoke with Maria at the front desk to reschedule. However, Maria was extremely rude, unprofessional, and outright refused to reschedule the appointment.
