Avoid this doctor. Unresponsive, poor patient communication; unprofessional conduct. Referred to him by my surgeon for a nerve test. Called for 2 days to get appointment; no answer. They required me to send 8 pages of forms then called back and then said availability was a month out. Didn’t need 8 pages of forms to tell me that. Unfortunately I was unable to find another in network Dr close and called back to make appointment. (no answer).
