Pacific Coast Rentals has made my transition into the Humboldt area a breeze. From their friendly, helpful receptionist to their maintenance coordinator. Everyone has helped, been flexible, responsive and in my experience, very fair as to how they choose the right tenants for a particular spot. Do not rent from this group. Scam tactics are implemented upon moving out. You will not get your security deposit back and instead you will get a multi thousand dollar bill with receipts but no photo or video proof of any damages that you will be billed for. You will never have access to the owner nor will she ever publicly display her name which as a business owner is a red flag. Stay tuned for more court proceedings.
