Try literally anywhere else. They inconsistently communicate through a terrible patient portal to tell you that you have a huge bill.
Horrible horrible place. If I could I would definitely give them a negative rating. DO NOT go to this place. Never got a bill, a call or any kind of notification until 2 days ago and now they are hitting me with a bill for over $700. We don't even live in the state of CA any longer and haven't for over a year and a half and the doctor charged my daughter for no show appointments. When we were about to move she told them she was moving and to cancel appointments. They still charged us for the appointments and said oh too bad ... read more
This place is a complete joke. Make sure you screen shot every communication with them. I uploaded my information to them and they claimed they never got it. They also never bothered to submit my services to my insurance in a timely manner. They didn't ask me about it. Didn't notify me of any issue. Instead let it go for almost a year before hitting me with a $2500 bill. They've done this numerous other times to other patients. They have terrible ratings and changed their name to Lifestance. Hard to get answers when setting up. They are not clear about anything and the doctor that called me after appt to tell me I missed the appointment was rude! Why not call 5 minutes in to the appointment??! Then sent me a bill for $175!?! Do NOT use these horrible people.
