Once the salesman Steve has your money, he will not answer your calls. Good luck getting him to help with any of the issues you're going to have throughout the project. The contract is poorly worded and done by hand, they will provide you with a carbon copy, but nothing typed or electronic. This makes it difficult to provide many details in the contract, and it's nearly impossible to read the handwriting. Push for something typed.
