UPDATE: Did not receive notification of unexpected fees PRIOR to "service." I am thankful for your services so far, but I should have at least been notified verbally of all the fees BEFOREHAND. They should not be coming out of left field via text weeks after the fact. The issue is not the amount, the issue is on principle of what is a fair business practice.
