We were truly blown away by the quality and level of service we got. A friend of ours who is a Realtor told us that, with the discount Dan was offering, he would not be able to provide full service and would not cooperate fully with other agents. Boy, was she ever wrong! Dan really went beyond full service and got along well with Realtors at other companies. He was available for us at all times of the day and night, weekdays and weekends. I initially contacted Daniel in January of 2013 hoping that we could put our house on the market then. It turned out we weren't ready to move at that time. I didn't hear from Daniel once in that entire year (he respected our request not to be disturbed) until I reached out to him in early March of this year.
