My dad just had eye surgery yesterday n all the employees treated him perfectly.. thank you for ur service..i highly recommended this place to anyone who needs eye surgery..

I highly recommend Pacific Cataract & Laser Institute. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Had surgery on both eyes this past two weeks and what a difference. The staff were all kind and friendly. The doctors very knowledgeable and helpful. I like how they say a prayer before doing the surgery. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you all for making my life brighter.
I was treated rudely and spoken to condescendingly by one of the employees just 30 minutes prior to surgery because I was asking a few questions about my bill. Apparently 3 minutes of her time were too valuable to spare. This is not the right way to handle a patient right before their procedure if you ask me. I will be spreading the word and advising my primary care physician not to refer patients to this facility.
