I had a great experience working with Pacific Building Envelope. Kyle returned my initial call, and was very responsive via email follow-ups. He eventually came out to take a look at my home to assess the project, giving me a ton of information. They have proved to be a great resource and a wealth of knowledge for my project.

If there is a no star option, I will give no star. This company was in charge of installing my unit's windows and screens. I didn't find out that one of the window screens failed to be installed until 1.5 years later. When I called them, they declined all their responsibilities, claiming that because I didn't find out at that time, they wouldn't provide me with a comprehensive window screen. Don't work with them as they treat their customers as one time deal.
