I'm still hoping for a positive resolution, and will update this review if it happens. I've started a BBB process, as well. Was in process of buying a boat and waiting on a mechanical inspection of the engine. I had paid $236 to travel inter-island and sea trial the boat. The sales team told me they needed a check to hold the boat for me and they assured me three times that they would not cash the check until the deal was finalized. Justin, Jimmy and crew at Pacific Boats & Yachts are a remarkable team to work with. After several transactions with them for vessels and permits, we wouldn't go without their services in any future deal. It can be a little more difficult to do business in Hawaii, but the PB&Y staff will ease the stress due to their local expertise, professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail.
