It's a shame what customer service is coming down to. My review is based on customer service and not the food, I've work in retail businesses for over 25 years and can't never express enough what customer service means to me. They called my name on my order and dumped on the counter, not knowing if I needed anything else, I didn't bother them anymore and waked away.
I came to this particular Taco Bell because it’s close to my office. I had a huge order from my boss to carry out and Edgar Lopez was kind enough to help me figure out what my order was supposed to be. He provided me with great customer service and help me figure out What I needed to order for my boss. They did a fantastic job of preparing the food and giving it to me in a hurry. Very Professional and courteous staff. I was hungry this morning on my way to work and the drive thru-staff was exceptionally helpful at helping me decide what to eat for breakfast. Five stars 🌟
