UPDATE: Dr Clark called me after the interaction and provided me with a consultation that gave me a better feel. He is very humble and understanding and I appreciate that about him and genuinely cares about helping people out. I was scheduled for a phone consultation with Brian. I ended up having to call them. 7 minutes late. No apologies either from Brian for his tardiness either. Given they are out of pocket and can’t respect time, why would I want to be a patient? UPDATE: I got a call a few hours afterward in which the provider was willing to set aside time in their schedule that they normally do paperwork for me. I appreciate that they reached out and were willing to discuss my experience and concerns and will give a second chance. I was scheduled for a phone consultation with Brian.
