This shop is legit!, went in for a routine adjustment, had an issue with a clicking noise when I was pedaling, they sat with me until it was figured out. Would recommend and they made me a customer for life! Thanks guys, yer fuckin awesome!
I am SUPER happy with the price, quality and customer service of pacific beach bikes. They floored me today! Sent an email about some chipped paint on my new cruiser and literally within SECONDS got a call from them and they are shipping a new part to replace that one TODAY!
I bought my bike about a year ago and love it but needed my seat fixed today. I expected to pick it up in a day or so but they just fixed it on the spot. These guys are the best in PB!!!
