I have lived here almost two years and absolutely recommend it. The staff are incredible, responsive to any concerns. The fitness center is huge and I love that it has a row machine, which a lot of places don't have. The pool is salt-water! That's supposed to be great for relaxing muscles, I hear. I love that I have a washer and dryer. Those are necessities for me. I love that it stays cooler at night so I never need air conditioning. Sleep is very important so Vistas is a necessity & Safer place.Scenery is gorgeous!
Prompt service, friendly staff, and safe to walk your dog whenever. all the dog people are great. I have been here almost 2 years and cannot say enough about them.
Shara (our leasing specialist) has just been an amazing navigator through all of the challenges we faced as an apartment hunter. Very prompt, accommodating and very respectful. The daunting task became easy and non-traumatic, not to mention the biggest bonus of all is that the community is spotless, very clean and feels very safe.
We have been living here for 3 months and have had a wonderful experience so far! Moving cross country is no easy feat, but we felt at ease with Pacific Bay Vistas from the start. Katrina gave a great tour, and was there every step of the way, calling or shooting me a text during the approval process. She is so sweet and friendly! The grounds are kept up beautifully, and the gym and pool are a great feature. My husband and I have even used the community grills a few times already. Cherie and Martin are exceedly helpful with any request and are always there when you need assistance. We love being by the beach and quick access to 280 for work. This is a gem, we love the area and our sweet neighbors. Thanks for the great management and care of this property !! Parking isn’t that tough either, my friends and family always are able to find a spot, try the areas surrounding the apt or uber in!

It’s a great community to live in. If you can afford it. W/D is a huge plus. The gym and pool is fantastic. Extremely difficult to find guest parking though.
