Absolutely love every thing about this dental practice!! Dr B is amazing, she is caring , gentle , very knowledgeable and clear with her guidance and her treatment of my children. The staff is outstanding, I have loved every interaction I have had in this office , from the reception to the dental hygienist.
Yesterday my daughter complained about a tooth ache. Called Dr B. and was seen within the hour. Dr B. Also recommended a great orthodontist as well. Both offices partnered up well. We have been a patient at Pacific Bay since 2016. Extremely happy.
Friendly staff, always looks out for the best interest of the children. They always explain the procedure and how they will do it to the children. This helps reassure them everything will be ok.
Dr.B and her staff are wonderful! They are professional, knowledgeable and great with kids.
