Well, we scheduled in Feb to get ahead of things, they came out in April, we paid them the next day. They NEVER REPORTED TO THE CITY. We started getting shut off notices & started calling Pacific. No one to talk to and left several voice messages. No return calls. A month later we are scheduled for water shut off. Had to pay someone else to do it again! Not acceptable!!

Go with someone else. Had my system replaced last year. They dropped the ball on blowing out my system last fall (for the second year in a row). And now my brand new system failed and needs replaced. Again.

They are over priced. I used them for years but I won't use them again. Many more on the list with better prices and are more professional.

Had them come out to take care of my backflow. Needed minor repairs. Came within a day and got it all fixed up and passed all the garbage the city requires. People on the phone seemed very helpful and professional.

We've been using Pacific Backflow for several years. They are timely, responsive and great to work with. Robert knows his stuff and educated me on the importance of winterizing your intake/backflow valves and blowing out your sprinklers. He saved us from what could have been a very expensive repair from the recent freeze. Thank you, Robert and Team! ~ Jill
