Bought a Hyundai in January. They were very nice, but I didn't get the car inspected before I bought, choosing to trust Pacific. After the car was inspected, my mechanic found several issues, stating the car had been in a major accident adn nothing had been done to fix it. Engine and transmission are fine, but major front end issues. They answered one email, and have not responded since.
This place seems edgy based on the reviews and the signs on the building are old and faded, but Monica was SUPER responsive to me! She said her family bought the business not too long ago and she works hard to take care of her customers. She was very willing to negotiate with us to a fair price, better than anything we've seen elsewhere. Also very transparent and honest with us. I was hesitant at first but Monica actually does a really good job, really would recommend 👍👍
This was such an awesome car buying experience!! I’ve never bought a car before but Monica was awesome with working with our budget, having a quality car for us, and speedy communication and transparency! I received very personalized service and I loved the car I got here!!
Horrible DO NOT go here I got a car here couple months ago and just like another reviewer here the transmission WENT OUT the car stopped in the middle of the road multiple times when we went to get it checked out we were warned that the even IF we fixed the transmission it is NOT guaranteed to last the worst part of all is that the deal we got was atrocious the interest was so HIGH around 23%!!! We eventually had to trade in the car however it almost made us broke and by the way her husband is a mechanic so do with that info... read more
I’ve bought a 2012 Hyundai Veloster in cash from them and was told I had 30 day warranty if anything broke or was wrong with it, transmission started to slip and I’ve brought it back and told them what the issue was and they kept saying warranty is only on specific things like a broken light or a side mirror that is not working properly. Stay away from these crooks I’ve regret coming here and paying for this car in cash, save your time and of course your money and stay far away from here. They sell nothing but lemons here.
