Bought truck from them was told it had 360 camera and reverse mirror and other features also told would have zero percentage interest knowing my credit class and still I got no 360 and no mirrored camera and had interest tried to call and work with them to make right just to be told I got what I paid for from general manager and it doesn’t matter what was said if I didn’t like it I had like two days to return but not going to make right at all this is on brand new truck purchase not right and feeling straight ripped off guy ... read more

My review is specifically for the Crescent City location's service department. The service manager Gary has been a huge blessing to me, going out of his way to take care of our vehicles! I can't recommend this service department more and would never take my car anywhere else.

I hope you have better service with Coast than I did they drop my truck off the rack and lied about what happen. Then said " We can agree that we damaged your truck, right! That's why we have insurance.
They always get the job done right the first time. I'll never go anywhere else.
