I am a 95 year old Veteran of WWll, and quite deaf. These folks were patient and kind to me, and I found the car that I wanted. I was very satisfied with the deal. The next day they called to tell me that they owed me my $4000 back, plus $1000, because I had made a mistake on the year of my trade-in! These people are honest!! That's unusual!
