I was disappointed with the customer service I received. Before purchasing an $85,000 vehicle, I asked if they could obtain a copy of the repair order from the servicing dealership. I didn't feel that was an unreasonable request, but I was told to bring my own mechanic instead of anyone making the effort to obtain the documentation. As a result, I decided to purchase a 2020 Ford Raptor from an out-of-state dealership. The so called rude "mngr" bill has a problem with customers pointing out defects on the cars they sell. I'll go down the street and look elsewhere.

Bad experience. Went there to buy a truck and although the salesman was nice his manager bill was a jerk about it and wouldn't sell me the truck without the 5 grand worth of add ons. Just wait till October people and then have to sell at advertised price with new law change!

Question the additional out of door cost. From $35,000 base to $40,000. The van we were looking at was sold while we went to get some lunch to think about it. It had been on the lot for 3 months. We checked back online and it really was sold. But wonder if everything was on the up and up.
