We showed serious interest in a Kia at this dealership and live 5 hours away, so communication was extremely important to us. Unfortunately, it was nonexistent. We spoke with five different sales representatives — Ronnie, Brian, Steven, Junior, and manager named Gabriel. The only reason they are getting a two star review instead of one is because the person in financing was kind and helpful during the transaction. The manager and salesman I dealt with was friendly until the price on my first pick didn’t line up with what I could afford. Then they got pushy and had us there for about 4 hours until we found a truck in my price range. I worked with David and Alex at PAC Fontana and had a great experience. David was on the sales side and Alex was on the Finance side. They are both very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. If you are in the market for a quality used pick-up truck or van I highly recommend that you give David and Alex a call.
4-5k in useless add-ons that cant be removed from the deal. Gps tracking, acid etch for theft all bs and polyurethane plastic crap on the doors. Not even real ppf. This is a scam used car lot avoid it at all cost.
Run!! Do not go to pacific auto centers or Stg groups, they are never honest with their list price, there's bogus add ons costs like GPS when it already has GPS, what a scam!! AGAIN, RUN !! RUN AWAY FROM PACIFIC AUTOS AND STG AUTOS!!!
