Untrustworthy. They tried to tack on $4,500 in mandatory add-ons (LoJack, VIN etching, and 3M door guards). Nevermind that those things don't cost $4,500 in the real world, they claimed that these "pre-installed" add-ons were disclosed on their website. They're not really. It's a bait-and-switch tactic. It's fraud. It's illegal. I reported it to the Federal Trade Commission, the CA DMV, and the CA Attorney General's office. You should too.

Another shady dealership that over charges customers with hidden NON-NEGOTIABLE fees. I don't care about an alarm system or GPS tracking. I visited this dealership 3 times for 2 different trucks and they've completely ignored me. The salesman actually said that I shouldnt shop there if I can't afford it. Ya no kidding guy! That's why I'm on a budget, but no one can afford your $3,400 in dealer mark ups. I asked the salesman twice for the price out the door for a truck and he went to get his manager. Imagine my surprise when ... read more

I called about purchasing a Ram 4500 after I saw the price of the truck at $55,995 online. As I speak to the sales person he tells me that is not the actual price and will be an additional $3,000 plus. I explain the price that they have it listed for online and he acknowledged that the price was $55,995 but couldn’t sell the truck with adding the additional $3,000 plus. I spoke to the manager who didn’t care about concerns of false advertising. Was going to fly in to purchase this truck but don’t trust this dealership after ... read more

Terrible Communication and actually downright lies. Was told there were no accidents or damage and a clean CarFAX would be given. Took 10 full days on their end to process out payment before getting truck. Come to find out there are accidents and damage once we went to pick up the truck, fuel was nearly empty, coolant was extremely low and missing parts on tires/air caps. Dealership said too bad the damage was shown in pictures. We look at the original pictures and you have to zoom in about 20x to ever see it. No naked eye w... read more
