Thank you! Very happy with my car
I'm disappointed in the service received from Audi Pacific in Torrance, CA. I was there to receive oil for my vehicle, but was overlooked when I arrived. When the service representative finally approached my vehicle, there was no greeting and he proceeded to open my hood to fill the vehicle with oil without acknowledging me. I greeted the representative and received an extremely dry response. I was told that I should have gotten out of my vehicle to approach him. It was not his responsibility to come to me. Cannot recommend Joby and Ran more at Audi Pacific. They were incredibly helpful, personable and extremely fast. Such a pleasant experience (the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership!) Joby is such an Audi enthusiast and took his time explaining every detail and feature of the new Q5. Ran was extremely welcoming and warm and made us feel like we made the right decision by coming to Audi Pacific as soon as we walked in the door.
