I had one of most exceptionally excellent experience during the purchase of my brand new Q3. Terrence, Mo and the entire dealership a treated me like family. I had a great buying experience with Alejandro Sanchez (salesperson) and Ina (in finance) they were great and didn’t try to add any extras on the car during paperwork. The only reason I took a star off is because after I got outside to get delivery of the vehicle, I noticed a chip on the windshield, right where Alejandro was putting the temp registration. I told him “looks like I missed that when I was checking out the car, and he kind of just brushed it off and put the temp registration on. It would have been a nice gesture... read more
