My Dad has had a case going on with them since 2013 with nothing good coming from it. They do not get in touch with us, their assistants are continuously getting changed/quitting/fired. I called them a few months ago and emailed them just to find out my dads case was settled by everyone whom answered the phone but I was never able to speak to anyone to get information as all the did was transfer the phone to another person.
