The staff are fine but the management are very poor, their goal is not to resolve the issue for you, but to resolve you who raise the issue. Will move away as soon as my lease ends.
Avoid if you can. New management team is destroying this unit. Pacific used to be a good place to live. They are now prohibiting wall partitions even if they are removable wall partitions like large cabinets. They said either we have to disassemble them and threw them out or we have to face legal action against us.
Deducted from deposit for ridiculous reasons
It is a good living place with a perfect location. However, the staff of this building is unhelpful and impatient. The cleaner took away my container and tried to own it twice times. Now I have to use my hands to take my clothes back to my room. Really bad experience.
