Great location, staff and apartment I love my apartment here at Pacific Arbor. My living room is huge and I can walk across the street to CrossFit and the animal rescue petting zoo. Perfect location. Quiet, respectful neighbors.

Never again Wife and I had the most horrible experience when we moved out. Didn't even get a notice in the mail because they can't even get the correct address. After 2 months moving out they send us to collections didn't bother to call. They messed up our new address, and we got blindsided. Then looking at the paperwork noticed that things just didn't add up, definitely calling better business Bureau and renters Association. My opinion don't live here or at any Apartments this company owns ....

Please know that management diligently educates residents on the charges that they "can" anticipate charged against their deposit. These charges can include but not be limited to: refurbishment and cleaning based on the condition in which the home was returned to us. We do a documented inspection when a resident moves in.
