I would encourage future patients to ask many questions specifically regarding billing before receiving services. I had a procedure done at an outpatient clinic at St. Francis recently. Both specialists spoke with me the day of the procedure, were cordial enough, and I experienced no complications. Had my surgery two years ago while fighting With labor and industries, so I paid out-of-pocket when labor and industries realize that they should’ve paid it I let Pacific anesthesia know that they needed to return my money. We’re at six months passed when I let them know. They have received the money from labor and industries, and they are still saying that they are investigating and in 6 to 8 weeks they will process the return money they owe me. Pacific Anesthesia made a mistake in coding my bill for their service, so my insurance denied payment. They will not fix their mistake and try to get me, the patient to call around to multiple hospital departments to fix their mistake, which leads to nowhere. Instead of being helpful or fixing their error, they send their bill to collections. The doctor made the same billing mistake, fixed their coding error and were paid. This company will not fix their mistake, their incompetence is very sad.
