I would NEVER use Pacific Air Cargo. They allowed someone to use them for scamming me for a pet. Complete with a tracking number and everything. Got emails from this so-called professional company and then when I told them I had talked to the airport itself and that the animal wasn’t there and that they were lying to me, the company itself proceeded to call me the liar and tell me that I was abandoning the animal there.
