I had Anthony Pacia as my anesthesiologist two days ago at Brentwood Amubulatory Surgical Center. What a nightmare. He never introduced himself, wore no lab coat, no head covering, NO GLOVES. I had the same surgery 2 weeks before and had an awesome anesthesiologist He refused to give me the anesthesia prior to going into operating room and gave it to me 2 minutes before surgery began.
