Pacheco’s has become my favorite jewelry store. Lou redesigned my diamond with an upgrade consisting of two smaller stones on either side of my center stone, which is a radiant cut. It took a while for him to find stones that would be a good match to the center stone, but the result was perfect. I also recently lost a small diamond from a pinky ring which he replaced and he also put an extension on a gold neck choker neckless so that I can now wear it a various lengths. He does beautiful work and is very creative.
I lost a diamond from my ring fixed with quick and friendly service. Pacheco’s is my jeweler!
Great service, great prices I do all my jewelry shopping here and no where else.
Horrible service from Pachecos. Brought in my now husband's ring to be sized and some how they ended up putting gold plate in his wedding band instead of gold. Went back after a week or so to address the issue and they immediately fixed it. I felt they were just trying to take advantage of 2 young people who probably wouldn't know the difference. Terrible!
