Where to start...Steve Thielsen was an integral part in our home search and transaction. We were blown away by his breadth of knowledge and how communicative he was. Steve Thielsen is fabulous! He was there for us throughout the entire house hunting process and he gave great insight about the first few properties we looked at (he was spot on predicting the competition + what the houses would sell for). When we did get in contract on a house, he showed up countless times for inspections, bids, etc. and worked behind the scenes to get certain elements of the property fixed up when we didn't even ask for it. He really had our best interest in mind.

Denise was extremely helpful. We would often receive emails late into the evening, and calls early in the morning; I swear she never sleeps! Her attitude was always positive and cheerful, even when the news was less than amazing. Denise worked very hard to recommend homes that met all of our needs and kept us informed the entire process.
