American family hired this company to handle my claim they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will never return your calls. You can leave 10 messages and they might return one if you're lucky. I do not understand why American family uses this company they are the worst.

Terrible company!!!! EVERYONE I've spoken with there is extremally rude and will hang up on you. My claim has been sitting in their office for 73 days and has neither been approved or denied. Donna Blanchard the supervisor that finally took over my claim will not do anything to help you. They will not allow you to submit evidence for your claim. The estimator didn't even get the correct measurements for my home and provided me with a quote that would not cover even half the job. He had no idea what he was even looking at. I ... read more
