We pay our rent on time every month! And it is sad we have to deal with loud neighbors slamming doors, yelling, running up stairs, and stomping, loud music. The officer was called twice and never showed up or called back. My husband and i have to deal with this crap all night long. Going to work tired is getting old. #willnotrecommendliving here#

Nice place to call home . We rented over the phone without ever seeing the complex nor the unit we leased , quite surprised upon arrival at how well maintained the grounds are kept . The unit we leased was acceptable based on move in price . Super courteous staff .

Pace`s crossing I've been living here for about 2 years and I love it. These apartments are quiet, peaceful and management is awesome.
Nice place to live. The staff here is very nice and helpful. The amenities are pretty good, except for the laundry rooms, some of the W/D' s don't work. The inside of the units are pretty standard, but to me the price is kind of steep for the older appliances and size of the units. The landscaping is always well kept, and the maintenance is pretty quick at tending to issues. I love the location as well, almost everything between Teasley and Mckinney is within walking distance from here. Overall, a good experience here.
Pace's Crossing An amazing place to live. Very friendly staff who are willing to do whatever necessary to make your time as a resident what it should be!
