I've been without my car for 37 days... I dropped my 2016 Challenger off at Paceline on 24 May for hail damage repair. This is a car I spent a lot of money on, and owned for about 2 months. Poor service to members of usaa. Beware. .
My first time experience with a body shop and I'm so glad I chose Paceline! Honest, dependable, reliable, kept me informed during the process, completed job before scheduled date and everyone from Cody to his employees were courteous and professional. My truck looks great and I highly recommend them.
We have taken both our Hondas to Paceline, for various reasons( hail damage; accidents) and they have always done an incredibly amazing job! I would give them 20 stars if I could . From the very first step of contacting and working with the various insurance companies, to the actual repair itself, Paceline made the whole process as easy and hassle free as possible for us . Just got my car back after having to return it for an incorrect install of replacement parts, after the run around they put me through and the last final comment that was made when handing me my keys I can say I won't ever be refering or recommending this place to anyone ever. I do however recommend you stay as far away from this "business" as possible. Check out Lawence Hall Collision, or Phoenix Collision, or Mabes Body shop before settling with these guys.
