Pretty much a useless business, won’t do requested repairs, will only do repairs on your estimate (whether or not they still need to be repaired or not). Sad Gerber bought Paceline, they were a much better company. Find someone else for your repairs.
Holli and Sam were wonderful. I had an accident on 13 July, and a move across country on 1 August. Sam ensured my car would be ready for my move. He and his team did a 4 week job in 2 weeks, and did it wonderfully. I will always recommend Paceline to anyone who needs body work in Abilene. Thank you!!
I just got my fender bender repaired here and it was a really good experience. Best Repair shop I’ve ever dealt with by far! It’s 100 yards from a rental place, the estimate was done fast by Sam, and literally no hassle at all. They even turned in my rental car for me after I got my car back. The repair is perfect, paint matches like a dream! RecommendedHolli and Najwa provide great customer service and Najwa is especially awesome when it comes to football talk about the Steelers! Holli provided good football y’all even though the Cowboys don’t provide much to talk about lol... Sam great job and I appreciate y’alls promptness. Vehicle was actually completed ahead of schedule. Michael Truelove and Austin Martinez went way above and beyond in customer service while my car was being fixed after a recent wreck. Contacted me daily about the progress, and my car was delivered back to me on time!!! Austin even volunteered to wash my car by hand (can’t run recently painted vehicles through car wash for a month). Austin knew I was leaving on a long toad trip a week after my car was delivered & he offered to wash it for me before the trip!! Seriously cannot beat attention like that!!!! Recently brought in my husband's car for a small fix. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly & helpful, especially Najwa who helped me get on the schedule & explained everything to me. Not only was everything fixed quickly they were able to do it cheaper than originally quoted. Definitely recommend!!
