From applying, to renting to leaving Villas by the Lake. It has been a wonderful experience. Cathy from the leasing office has been extremely helpful. We have had no issues here. Very affordable, no parking fees and there’s always parking. No place is perfect but this place is close to it. The maintenance team is on it, they have a ton of buildings but every request is answered fast and quickly. We loved it here and we will miss living here. 10/5 stars.
Apartment wasn't the most updated but I never had issues with management. I received my full security deposit back at the end of my lease. No issues with maintenance either.
The maintenance staff is the best helped me carry groceries,open doors for me and my wife. I’ve seen a big turnaround in attitude with them. Dealing with the office much more approachable with requests than when We first moved in. If they could only get rid of the stink bugs
Awful awful place to live. Horrible management who love to ignore complaints from tenants or brush them off. They are awful with turnaround times for requested repairs, they steal security deposits from tenants and heavily discriminate if you are disabled. They will attempt to evict you for service animals despite paperwork for them!! They tried to evict me for a service animal, and then tried to avict me for blantantly easy to disprove lies!
