The lady I talked to on the phone asking about a property was extremely rude she hung up on me twice before I could address my reason for calling then finally told me they didn’t own property in the area I was calling about and hung up on me again without addressing her name.
From applying, to renting to leaving Villas by the Lake. It has been a wonderful experience. Cathy from the leasing office has been extremely helpful. We have had no issues here. Very affordable, no parking fees and there’s always parking. No place is perfect but this place is close to it. The maintenance team is on it, they have a ton of buildings but every request is answered fast and quickly. We loved it here and we will miss living here. 10/5 stars.
Apartment wasn't the most updated but I never had issues with management. I received my full security deposit back at the end of my lease. No issues with maintenance either.
