Heather Behan is absolutely terrible person I wish I could give this place a 0.
If no starts were an option that would be it…this place is absolutely horrible and no care for your loved ones…ebony and Amanda are the absolute worst!!! Along with there in home health care workers who are NEVER on time nor do they call and let you know that they will be late or not show up. Just sharing to save you all some time!
My mom attended Pace of the triad for three years and the ongoing problems I encountered with them was the finance department. Constantly sending me letters that a bill was owed month after month. I always paid the bill in a timely fashion. Sometimes they neglected to pick the check up from the front desk in a timely fashion. If you ever enroll a love one with pace always save your receipts trust and believe you will encounter problems with the women in finance.
