While getting my massage the masseuse answered her phone 4 times, went to greet a client that walked in, and scheduled her next appointment all during my massage. After the massage was over and I was putting my clothes back on an employee walked in on me then just turned around and left without saying anything. I tried to be understanding that they were busy and left a small tip despite the unprofessional service.
