I went to this clinic for the first time and it was an excellent experience overall. I received superb care and valuable information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Cowan (Marcella) to anyone. I will definitely be going back (if needed!). The office manager was very polite, kind, and helpful with the booking experience. :)

In addition to their out-of-date information on Google and their website, I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Despite having my appointment confirmed, they canceled it without any prior notice. I arrived at the clinic and waited for a long time, only to find out that my appointment was not happening. The lack of communication and consideration for my time was extremely frustrating. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
