Ever since McKenzie doesn’t work there anymore Absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I wouldn’t even had to go through them if the car lot hadn’t run my credit 6X! My credit score plummeted because of that, I will be out from under this company asap! Not only have I had to pay outrageous interest they charged me for NSF fees that were unfounded I even copied my bank account and sent proof, they refused to negotiate these funds, totally a ripoff!
Pace has been very good to me. I’m an almost 80 year old school teacher and have leukemia. Sometimes things would happen And I couldn’t pay on time .but, as long as I made arrangements for payments and made them they were awesome. I take chemo everyday and it’s awful, but I’ve made every payment and the personnel have been kind and patient with me. They are ready to work with you and I was not paid to make this statement! The only thing I don’t like about them is they have not turned anything into my credit. But if I ever need to put my payment off by a week, I’ve never had any trouble. We’ve also never missed a payment and if we are gonna miss the payment, we’ve always let them know and they’ve always worked extremely well with us so all the comments about not working with you.
