I really enjoyed working with Brad and his team! Their approach to documenting the design ensures everyone is on the same page and, best of all, ensures there are no surprises. I hope I get to work with them again someday!
Just got off the phone with Brad from Pace Design & Construction and I am so grateful for his help. I was trying to find just the right wood for a kitchen island from a photo I found online and he took the time to analyze the photo, find samples and send them to me with specific colors. He didn’t hesitate to take the time for me to explain exactly what I was hoping for and find a good solution. Much appreciated!
Pace did a wonderful job. Brad, Brian, and the whole team were great to work with.
Brian and the team were super communicative throughout the process of a bathroom remodel. They kept our place extremely clean even outside of the work zone. I would recommend Pace to anyone and are already talking with them about future projects.
Brad & team performed a minor miracle: beautifully remodeled kitchen & bath with custom closet/storage instillations throughout completed BEFORE our baby’s due-date. We loved our ~650sqft Capitol Hill row house, but with two dogs, two adults and soon to be two kids - we were desperate for storage solutions and Pace was the only firm that inspired confidence.
