They sell Bosch equipment, but do not track serial numbers, which makes so little sense- the manufacturer gives their equipment serial numbers, so why in the world do they not take note of this information before they then pass it on to other distributors? It seems an incredible oversight. But I guess that's the kind of middle-man between manufacturer and local distributor that we're stuck with here in Northern California and its Central Valley.
